Some Night Photography – Bozeman Beach
Last night we all thought it would be a good idea to head down to Bozeman Beach and enjoy a small bonfire. It was a good night, until the cops showed up. We watched one squad car arrest the driver of a Taurus, and then minutes later another cop showed up and informed us none too politely that the beach was closed after 11pm, and fires were prohibited. A sign to that effect would have been nice. I also liked the part where he told us that “children play here! They’re gonna have to run through your fire ashes tomorrow!” Well, if there are any children running around and swimming at Bozeman Beach tomorrow, October 25, then they’re tough enough to deal with a few ashes.
